Report a Bug
How to use the in-app feedback widget to report bugs directly from the Evergreen header.
Evergreen includes a built-in feedback tool that lets you report bugs without leaving the app. The bug report button is available on every page and is located directly in the top navigation header.
Locating the Bug Report Button
The bug report button appears in the top-right area of the header, alongside other header controls such as your user account button. It is represented by a small bug icon.
Note: The button is visible whenever you are signed in and viewing any page within your organization's workspace.
Submitting a Bug Report
- Click the bug icon in the top navigation header.
- A dialog will appear prompting you to describe the issue.
- Fill in the details of the bug — the more context you provide, the faster the team can investigate.
- Submit the form to send your report.
The Evergreen team reviews all submitted reports. You do not need to leave the page or open a separate tool.
Tips for a Helpful Report
- Describe what you were doing when the issue occurred.
- Note any unexpected behavior or error messages you saw.
- Include steps to reproduce if the issue happens consistently.
- One issue per report — submit separate reports for unrelated problems so each can be tracked independently.
