Ask Eve is Evergreen's conversational AI assistant. Instead of digging through dashboards and reports, you can ask Eve questions about your website in plain English and get answers backed by your real crawl, audit, and analytics data.

What you can ask

Ask Eve has access to everything Evergreen knows about your site:

  • Crawl data — page counts, URL structure, internal linking, redirect chains, and crawl errors
  • Content audit data — readability scores, word counts, missing metadata, duplicate content signals, and content health flags
  • Analytics data — traffic trends, top-performing pages, bounce rates, and session data from connected Google Analytics 4 and Search Console integrations

Example questions you might ask:

  • "Which pages have the most broken internal links?"
  • "What are my top 10 pages by organic traffic this month?"
  • "How many pages are missing a meta description?"
  • "Which blog posts have thin content?"
  • "What changed in my crawl between last week and this week?"

How it works

  1. Open any project in Evergreen and navigate to Ask Eve from the sidebar.
  2. Type your question in plain English in the chat input.
  3. Eve responds with a direct answer and, where relevant, supporting data — tables, counts, or links to the specific pages involved.
  4. Follow up with more questions in the same conversation to drill deeper.

Eve maintains context across messages in a conversation, so you can refine your questions without repeating yourself.

Data sources

Ask Eve draws from the same underlying data that powers the rest of Evergreen. Answers reflect the most recent crawl and the most recently synced analytics data. Make sure your integrations are connected and your project has been crawled recently for the most accurate results.

Tip: Connect Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console to unlock the full range of analytics-related questions.
